Alban Schmid, ami libertarien Suisse, tué par une avalanche

Alban Schmid était une des forces vives du mouvement libertarien suisse. Une avalanche lui a coûté la vie ainsi que celle de son fils le 13 mars dernier. Voici ce qu'Alban écrivait dans Prolibertate association libertarienne qu'il avait contribué à lancer il y a quelques années déjà:

"Du droit sur sa propre personne découle le droit de propriété sur les choses qu'on produit. Ainsi, le libéralisme défend la notion de propriété privée, qui implique également le droit de transférer celle-ci librement. La liberté, c'est le fait que l'on ne porte pas atteinte aux droits de propriété. Elle est moralement juste. Une législation qui défend les droits de propriété l'est donc également. Inversement, toute atteinte initiale aux droits de propriété d'autrui (personnes ou biens) - ce que nous définirions ici comme une agression - est toujours illégitime, quel que soit le prétexte."
